HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

> To heat up your SaCha’s TheraSpice Compress safely, place it in the center of the microwave and spread the ingredients evenly.

> To avoid overheating, heat SaCha’s TheraSpice Compress in the microwave for 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is obtained.

> After every 30 seconds, take the compress out of the microwave and check its temperature for at least 5 seconds. Then move it back and forth to rotate the ingredients evenly and continue heating.

> You can even heat SaCha’s TheraSpice Compress on a pan or griddle over a stove top. Ensure that the flame is not turned too high and keep moving the compress around to enable even heating. The cloth bag will get brown but the therapeutic properties of the ingredients will not change.

> Do not leave SaCha’s TheraSpice Compress unattended while heating. Ensure the temperature of the compress is comfortable before applying to the skin.

> Allow SaCha’s TheraSpice Compress to cool for at least 1 hour before reheating.

> Do not heat SaCha’s TheraSpice Compress more than 3 times a day so that the seeds, herbs and spices have time to regain their natural moisture. That's why it's best to purchase more than one compress so that you can alternate for more frequent use.
